Full time employees work 32 or more hours per week. Part time employees work an average of three days a week, 25 to 30 hours. Part time employees working 1,000 hours in a 12-month period are vested in the 40 1(k) plan and become eligible for the contribution equal to 4% of the employee's annual salary.
